Torah Readers Tikkun is a free, web-based digital Tikkun available at itorah.life, operated by Maor Intelligent Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The Service provides the complete Tanach (Hebrew Bible) with color-coded trope (cantillation) patterns, integrated audio, and tools to support Torah reading and Bar/Bat Mitzvah preparation.
The Service is provided free of charge. An account is required to access the full functionality of the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time and without notice.

The Service and its original content — including but not limited to software, design, user interface elements, trope-highlighting algorithms, audio, and the selection and arrangement of content — are owned by Maor Intelligent Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The biblical texts of the Torah and Tanach displayed in the Service are in the public domain. The specific digital encoding, color-coded trope markup, and audio synchronized to those texts are proprietary to Maor Intelligent Solutions LLC.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service's proprietary content without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as printing a parasha for your own study) is permitted.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in those policies.
The accuracy or completeness of the Torah text, trope markings, and audio recordings is not guaranteed. Users should verify readings against authoritative printed sources (such as a certified Tikkun Korim) before chanting before a congregation. We are not responsible for any liturgical or halachic errors.
IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California, at our election.
For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, or Brazil: nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
